Watched a tv show last night that had a pair of cops and neither was black, none of the families had black kids mixed in with others, and all the couples were same race, unusual these days. Good thing it had captions, I don't speak Korean.

Yep, wasn't a big deal, just a piece of drain pipe. I'll have to remember to get more glue if I do any more, barely had enough left to finish. Old houses can be a pita, replaced wiring, plumbing, gas line, windows, lot of wallboard and insulation in this place, and still needs a lot of mostly cosmetic work.

Mine isn't that old, a '71 model. Only reason it had so many problems was it was built with them, I would have re-done the wiring and plumbing if I'd bought it new. I knew about the wiring when I got it, but for the price figured it was worth it - and then I wouldn't have to worry about the wiring anymore. The rest... well, when I started pulling some wallboard for the wiring, it just escalated real quick. This house wasn't even close to code in so many areas when it was built. Or even common sense. Pretty sound now, just gotta make it look pretty some day, new interior doors, trim, and some of the floors.
