"Red" made coffee ( well she tried ) several times yesterday morning ... the first two times she didn't put coffee in the machine ... Third time was the charm ... and the water was really hot after going through several times :>)

Sorry about the back Rick. Those injuries really mess with a person.

 

Do you use a "bone cracker" Rick ... Sometimes he helps me.

 

I've been so many times I am starting to get discouraged. I get results but the same thing returns sooner or later. I am seriously thinking of going the medical route and seeing wtf is going on. I was told an xray showed arthritis in the joint where the issues has been for the last few years. I would guess there is a significant amount of scar tissue or inflammation now. This is a flare up not a full blown spasm like I had moments before leaving for Maggie Valley.

The coffee got made but had to heat it up in the microwave.

 

Scar tissue can be a real problem ... One of the guys at the bus yard had surgery last year ( April ) and came back in September like a new man ... Of course, your results may very.

 

Yeah, they have come a long way with that sort of thing. Way less invasive than it used to be. I would definitely seek help sooner than later. No reason to live with pain.

And get the coffee Ninja. Love ours.
