Just got done with therapy. Was it good session. I have a little bit more movement in my Left Foot & Leg now I can raise the heel up off the ground doing like a calf press kind of motion. It's something I wouldn't have noticed outside of therapy because I wear an orthotic on my foot that basically and mobilizes my ankle so that I don't roll it when I walk with the cane
