When they moved in, the guy Greg comes over while I was getting the garbage cans from the street. He introduced himself and mentions that, "He had three kids, all under 8, and are already part of the Arian nation." I smiled, said nice and nice to meet ya!

I hope his Arian nation meaning and my meaning are totally something different.... all are black haired too.

Nope. Got a deal on the old owner. Kid could not afford the mortage, and instead of losing it he sold to them.

He and his wife are nice so far. Been only two months though. Wait to see how they are when I leave early with the bike...
