Happening here too. Buildings of a certain size are going to be required to grow grass or bushes or such up there to offset whatever the envirowackos think it should.

Nada. 46 degrees, the little kiddies next door (4 of them all under 8) met the new Arian nations kids across the street (3 kids under 8). And all are playing in our yard and half of theirs next to us. So our quiet neighborhood is gone....
