Apparently when I told a WESCAM manager today that their lack of support was exactly the reason people were buying FLIR products hurt their feelings. When asked to explain myself, I told my boss he needs to send someone to the field that is adept at protecting sensitive feelings, especially those in Burlington, Ontario.

What they should apologize for is how they drive. That area (Toronto) is a friggin nightmare. Makes a Chicago commute seem like a nice Sunday drive in the country.

Beth and the kids are at the Pepsi Center for an "om the court" experience that is part of the basketball league program. A buddy of mine is hanging out with me to make sure I don't anything I ain't supposed to and help me out

I lost track of how many people got butt hurt when I laid it out in plain words in the airline industry. People that need their hands held and heads patted occasionally don't belong in aviation, it's not a kind and gentle environment. A lot of the folks I saw in it the last 20 years would not have done well when the WWII vets pretty much ran it, those guys weren't shy with words. Sometimes fists...
