Hey Tim!

That's good progress Mark. My mom had a few strokes, so I am familiar, and your progress is fantastic. She couldn't have coffee for a long while after the stroke. And eating was very difficult. It's good to hear you are doing so well. That's a blessing!

Morning Terry. No, it swells up and is too painful. So she's going to give it a week and try again. Not sure how these exercises work. Break your arm, its casted and in a sling for 6 weeks. Break a thumb, exercise...?

We had a bad MVC last night. 8:30 pm, I was off to the hall to go fill up a couple avalanche bottles for us. Get to the hall, and they received a call, MVC on the bridge. Holy ****, I just crossed it so it must have happened just after. I ended up filling 10 SCBA bottles and their cascade while waiting for the road to reopen. Finally I decided to take the long way home. By the time I got out of our valley, I was really contemplating turning around and getting a room. Wow, was it blowing and snowing. Worse road I've seen in a long time. 30 mph for 40 miles. Good times. Unfortunately, a tractor trailer unit hit the side of the bridge and went over. I'll see if I can find a picture. 1 fatality.

Morning Markus! Work hard bud. And have fun with the nurses!

The river is another 30-40 foot drop to the right, about 30 feet away.

It sure is, Bob. I know it could have been much worse and that my insurance an care here could no be as good as it has been. I count my blessings every day, several times a day

Yup! My mom got into a great rehab facility. I was super nervous about it at first because it could have gone the other way easily. The people there were angels.
