Got a chancellor to sign a return order. She will have 24 hours to return them to his possession and appear in court, once served. Can’t find any records of them being enrolled in school. Their previous school has not had any requests for records. All we have is her brothers address. Feel sure that where she is, as he was living with her in Chattanooga up until 2 weeks before she split. But, so far she has not been served.
