It will cure, just needs a little moisture to prevent cracking

We got a case of a 78 yo guy getting cut by a left turner. killed. The original charge is careless driving resulting in death.
The county says not to prosecute.
No interest in the case either by the public or the motorcycle community.
I'm appalled by this,.
I guess it is open season on motorcycle riders.
This is very disturbing gentelmen.
