TOAK, The Thread of All Knowledge Part XI
By U.S. American standards, there aren't any Mexican restaurants in Mexico. What we call Mexican is TexMex, quite different. Their food is seldom real spicy, and the hot stuff is in separate bowls you put on as you want it. I didn't see many Mexicans using much of the hot stuff, though a few of them obviously liked it. Never saw beans in Mexico, either. Asked about that, and was told rice is more popular. They tend to go real light on the meat, too, its expensive there.

Friend of mine has a Mexican wife. She says all the places up here, the food is nothing like home. Says ours if too pretty. Theirs is sloppy looking.

Morning all. Did some work on the D4 out at the ranch. Got some shooting in with the tripod. Worked out really well! Plenty stable. No more using the hood of my car.

Haha! I can do standing too.
Afternoon Kiddies.
I managed to get a little sleep and it started raining in the interim. Doesn't seem like I'll be washing the sled.
Moldie, that's exactly what my friend says. What we have here is TexMex according to her. I like Taco Bell too. I've read that their meat is one of the best in the fast food industry and their menu is the healthiest.
