Mark : “Hello this is Mark “.
Customer : “ Ya , Mark. I bought one of those Crome and black license plate frames from You guys about a month ago, now my bike is making a sound like “tick,tick,tick,” , is that something you guys will cover under warranty?.
Mark : ah..................crickets..............
Baker Drive Train operator: “just a minute, I’ll ring his extension “.
