A year? We usually go a few years without any increase. In 9 years ive got about a 10% increase. Im not unhappy but it does suck not to have a cost of living increase. Half of the time we got a raise our medical went up equally.

That's what happens here also with the medical cost, do not receive a raise every year, but got 2% last year and expecting 2% this year.

Thats good. At least its something! Our county has the highest disparity in the nation for cost of living to wages. Almost impossible to survive here if you do not own your home.

This will be my 9th year here. 20 years in this field. 13 years technically till I can retire. 2.5% @ 55.

Morning all! Rain all day today! Awesome! Well except for more evacuations down south.
On a positive not we finally got our contract approved. Not a yuge fan of unions but the Teamsters got us a 6.2% raise for this year and another 3.75% for next year. Every little bit helps! We do not have a cost of living system in place here.

Mo taxes and mo taxes! But ill take it! Ill get a few hundred more takehome. Thats alright by me.
