Tim, with that much rain, is there a threat of flooding from the river that runs through your town?

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough summer to do everything. Like Paula said, they have kayaks, rv, side x side, quads and we have bikes. That’s true hun, not enough time in the summer. Lol.
No, we have some very high berms. The only time we would see a flood in town is if there is an ice jam in spring or if the dam lets out lots of water for power creating an ice jam. Both has happened.
