Fixing to get me a Traeger Smoker.....anyone have experience with one of these??

 

She's only gonna call if she's super pissed at me, which shouldn't take too long. Hang up on her ***.....

 

My buddy has one. As far as I can tell everything comes out delicious.

 

I've been thinking of buying a smoker myself.

 

From what I've heard, their wood pellets don't produce enough smoke, because they're simply Alder wood pellets with different oils to simulate other wood flavors, which produces more ash than smoke. BBQ Delight pellets are supposed to be the ****, real wood, lots of smoke, and they will work in a Traeger...

 

Are you buying the vertical type? Gas?

 

Jose, I built this smoker myself. Made it Biker style, down to the skull with a bullet hole in it. My welds and grinds aren't perfect, but it came out pretty good. Built it about 10 yrs ago...

 

I'm buying a Traeger....don't think they make vertical or gas...wood pellets....
