If you throw a can of tuna in with your Mac and Cheese it's like a casserole.

Late afternoon all.

Hope your dad comes out well Jose. Situations like that cause more problems to the helpers than the person sickly.

Thank you. I've been dealing with his health a little over 2 years. The last few months have been brutal.

Daisy made me some venison stuffed shells recently. Huge shells. It was great. She cooks up a storm and enjoys it too. I like cooking too so I pick up a lot from her. It's going to suck when I dump her or she dumps me. Whichever comes first.

Congrats Rick!
Im thinking of going back to school and finishing my degree even though I don't plan on practicing. It's an expensive and tough decision at 42.

I'll be 50 by the time I graduate. Work picks up half the tab so I won't have all the debt. I started in 1986 so I guess I might as well finish.

Good job Rick, I started a degree in electrical engineering but never finished it. Since then I have been around my fair share of engineers and have decided I don't want to be one of those people.
