I hire kids fresh out of prison all the time. Some of the best guys I've ever worked with. Dedicated and loyal. Remember these are strangers to me. I have a certain demographic that I prefer to hire and it rarely fails me.

I hired one a few years ago. Knew his Uncle. He still had all of his Mexican Mafia tats, including on his head. They weren't inked out, and you don't just walk away from that bunch. He didn't make it. He's back in Huntsville for life.

I've got a plan Lou, and Parole will **** test him, and I know who he ran with so I can keep him away. Part of his sentence was for stabbing a crybaby biker here. He can't go bar hopping with me till I find out who's holding a grudge, if anyone is, because then I will be involved, so I need to nip it.

A young guy that's done time for selling drugs (as long as they don't use) is a good candidate for example.
I ask questions but I won't deny a young kid an opportunity for a stupid mistake.
