They are not trying to be something they are not. Not fancy at all. Same engine and tranny for the last 20 years. Pretty Spartan inside too.

That's why they build great trucks.
Im a Honda guy but Honda doesn't have a clue on how to build a capable pick up. The Ridgeline is pure genius! Amazing features but it has no *****. It looks like someone hacked off the back of an Odyssey minivan.

I tried to talk myself out of the T4R by looking at the Ridglene, Jeep Trailhawk, Explorer, Durango, and the Colorado.
Still stuck on the T4R. Most of the perceived negitives are positives for us.

The wife really likes a closed in storage area. Also the 2 biggest things for me are reliability and resale.
