Got one of those coming today for a "cleanup". Have a lot of weed growing out there that need to be cut down. He can take care of it for me as I'm not using my good cutting Honda mower to cut that **** down.

Yep and worth every penny of it. Terry, you have to understand that I wore glasses from 2nd grade and contact lenses for 50 yrs.Glasses were like Coke bottles. Finally had a chance to have something similar to "normal vision" and didn't want to take a chance on having to wear even mild prescription glasses or reading glasses again. Last exam , my vision was 20/20 in each eye and almost 20/15 with both eyes. But, as I mentioned before, the cost of the surgery was covered by MediCare, I only paid for the "special lenses"..still almost $6,000

My surgeon who has done over 40,000 cataracts, at first , recommended not getting the "premium lenses" because my vision was so bad. I explained that I didn't have to be able to read things 6" away and would be satisfied to be able to read my gauges on the bike and controls in the car clearly...told him that was a distance of 27". We "compromised"..LOL and did the "premiums" on the left eye first, two weeks later he did the right eye . He said " Since you ride, and the left out worked out so well for close distance, I "tweaked" the lens on the right side to give you a little better distance sight"....Great guy... I sent a friend of mine to him and the guy told him that he wanted the "Motorcycle package"...Doc looked at him confused and my friend said " Like you gave AL"...Doc started laughing.
