That's the way to do it...know what you're talking about. Last residential development we did required a zoning change. 40 people with a lawyer showed up to fight me. I spoke for almost an hour. I reminded them that it was zoned Manufacturing and bordered a rail track, which was rarely used but was active. Told them without a zoning change I was legally allowed to put a slaughterhouse there, a pallet manufacturing facility and a list of other things which they wouldn't appreciate . The rail track being a big plus. Also made a fool of their lawyer. The second meeting 30 people showed up in my favor....we got the zoning change and did the housing development..
Already!!?? Jeez, they put me right to work this morning!

Heavy rain came though. Probably see some flooding tonight or the am. The sky and sorroundings now has an orange tint. Kind of pretty scenery. I tried to take a pic but it does not do it justice.

Probably the storms that moved through the Rapid City area a couple days ago. Real frog stranglers.
