Got to bed a little after midnite and woke up about 4:30. Feel ok, though. Reading... no coffee - sucks for sure, house closing - congrats!, weedeating - only weed I eat is pigweed, kinda tastes like peas, damned stuf would take over the garden if I let it, birthday - keep this up Ken, you'll be as old as me.

Grandkids should be here soon, no rest today.

When we left for the Hills, Audrey had a hole in the dirt. Looked better when she got home. First summer they had the house, sides started bulging, pulled the liner back, and... rebuild time.

I never heard of a plywood lined pool before, but they say concrete won't hold up in this climate. Wood doesn't do so great in the ground, either... but this was made in the '60's, guess it ain't real bad.

Filling begins after the air is sucked out to pull the liner down. Some kind of stabilizing material is used on the ground under it to help hold the shape.

I wondered if it would ever look this good again. Liner guys did a great job, looks perfect. Audrey and I built those planter boxes a couple years ago. She'll have to get grass growing where they dug up for new plumbing.

Pool party at Audrey's house on the 4th! Booze, food, booze, snacks, booze...

One ride through rain, one night outside, and the sporty's brake rotors are rusty. I'll get it back inside today.

Grandkids! Later

Default Absurd

Someone that does not follow Drs orders and take medicine for BP..and the inevitable happens. Does not deserve sympathy . The starting of a " go fund me account" is unreal but yet believable from someone that let's his small children and their friends climb on his bike . It was really fourtunate those boys didn't get seriously injured...you should sell your bike and pay back the people that contributed to the go fund me account.
Then work on being a responsible adult.
