..........And now a public service announcement. It takes four and a half hours to get to this 5 inch vacuum hose on a Honda GL 1500 intake manifold, which sits underneath the carburetors, (which have to come off). This one created a rough idle and an occasional stall when taking off. Good job for the day. After all the thing is 27 years old.

I could get it to this point, but it would never run again, lol

Mine would be paid for by now if I hadn't had to refinance it to give half the equity to my ex in the divorce. I won't live long enough to pay off a house now, unless I use more of my retirement savings and investments than I'm willing to. Leaving that alone in case the pension and/or Social Security gets messed up somehow, as long as those hold up I manage on my cash flow. Sad your wife missed it. I don't miss my ex, the one that's not in my life anymore I still miss a lot is my Dad, so many experiences since I wish I could have shared with him.

Goldwings.... only worked on one once for about an hour, pita to reach everything. I have 3 Hondas and they're all that way, too. That's why one's been collecting dust in the shed for about 5 years (750 V4), last thing I have I feel like working on.

All good just back to back short weeks with school work to boot.

Took a trip out to Louisville last weekend and finished breaking in the new bike.

Greg, you're going to love it...people behind you are going to hate it!! Great to keep people from tailgating you, especially at night.
