The body shop had my truck for three weeks and this is their product? The job was to replace front and rear bumpers, any bent brackets etc etc etc and even with that amount of time they couldn't get that right. I called two days ago and reminded them that I would pick it up this afternoon and they said "It's ready!" So they pulled the bumper back off and "shimmed it" saying they needed to order new brackets. What in the hell is wrong with people? Does no one look at their work any more? I told them they could have it back to do RIGHT when I am done with it.

Hey Russ, they should be embarrassed by that. Did they really think that was OK?

I'm not sure what they were thinking but I promise you they have a whole new thought process now after I inspected every bit of their repair, found stuff loose on the inside etc etc. I had the service writer and the shop manager out there in the hot sun while we went over it with a fine tooth comb. The truck has 14K miles on it, still new and by damn I expect better work than this.

Russ, sorry to see the fine workmanship there on your truck. Did you have undocumented body men working on that Ram?

Afternoon, guys.
That is a sad example of work. My goodness. Have you sent a Nasty-Gram to Chrysler?
