Haha.....just starting to get ready to go away. Decided to change to a Solo Tour Pack setup on the Ultra. Was s'posed to have parts yesterday but on B/O. Dealer found some at another dealer. Better have them by Friday. Started taking TP apart and found the speaker pods go through the corner of the TP. I knew they were ported but didn't expect hole to go through the corner. Spent several hours "fixing" it. Make pattern, cut sheetmetal , cover in vinyl. Came out pretty decent.

Thanks..have time to screw with this stuff. Will probably be changing the backrest in the future and have other holes to deal . Might make a whole panel that goes side to side. This will get me through this trip if i get the parts to move the TP up, if not, i'll bolt speaker pods back in.

 

Hopefully the parts just show up and you can finish it the way you want.

 

yep, if not it goes back to stock setup which I hate.The TP is off 95% of time. Only on for trips more than 3 days.
