Morning all.

Raining here so just hanging out for now.
Had a way to short visit with Russ yesterday, couple beers and a steak, nice to see him again.

I'm thinking if he's here long enough to get him over to Rax, the Rax name describes the waitress's more than the ribs they sell.
Food ain't bad though.

Hope all are well, I'm doing much better, both mentally and physically, and maybe if there's room I might make it out to the get together..hoping anyway.

Raining here, too. Gotta take the side rails off the trailer for a wide load today, may get a little wet. Would have to roll 4 bikes outta the garage to get the trailer in, too much hassle just to stay dry. Would've finished it yesterday, but cleaning out the contaminated wheel bearings and my Daughter's birthday party ate up too much of the day.

You perchance have one of them fold up patio umbrella's?
I use mine when I have to work outside, doesn't keep ya completely dry but helps.
At least as long as the wind doesn't blow it over..

Re-morning, guys. Back from Cost$$. I managed to get out of there relatively cheaply today. That we didn't buy any meat may be why.

Well sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to some medical complications (diabetes), I was forced to turn back from our trip. Got as far as St. Louis but was having some problems trying to keep my blood sugar levels at an even level. Stuff happens! Called my health insurance's Nurse Direct and they said if I continued, it could present some worse problems, especially with a forecast of five over 90 degree days ahead of us. I'm disappointed but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Rode home from St. Louis in one day, 525 miles with stops for gas and lunch. Whew, I'm wrecked today!
