One of the best ones I got involved with was a brand new 727, final generation, and the airline thought it would save money by having it's own mechanics install long range fuel tanks. First day, pulled seats and floorboards, started laying out the plumbing, and... the engineering drawing didn't have any bulkheads in it. Buncha solid aluminum where the pipes were supposed to go. Just put the plane back together and the long route plans went on hold till engineers figured out how to put the plumbing in. Boeing knew how, but they don't tell for free.

Co worker needed a bunch of stuff done to his 2000 dodge.

Cap, rotor, plugs, oil and air filter service, trans fluid and filter plus a full coolant flush. Radiator was horrible! Took an hour to flush it. Made $100. Montana ammo money!
