Been pretty low key. A friend from work stop by. Looks like his job is being eliminated so he's scrambling to find another job within the company. It's a shame back when I work with him he was the most reliable go-to guy for everything on our servers. He moved over to this new group cuz it was supposed to be really secure, venturing into the future Healthcare support stuff from an IT perspective. Then they told him the Thursday before Memorial Day that 60% of his team was being let go
Ribs, great. Asparagus, no thanks. Don't mind the taste. It's the aftereffects that I can't stand.

He has the opportunity to join an audit team but it requires a lot of travel, including international travel. Might not be so bad since he is practically single. But we'll see if he decide to take that job or not. Company paid travel sounds like it's fun but after a while I'm sure it gets to be old hat. I am sure Juan El will agree with that
