I regret not buying the Desert White.
It came down to a SG Special and the RG Special. I took each for a test ride and liked the fixed fairing better than I thought. I'm done with chrome too. Everyone has a SG's and I liked the way it handled. So thats was the basis of my decision. The ride home was awesome across the mountains. Nice way to get it broke in as well.

I carried that in Desert Storm. Only time I ever pulled a pistol out and aimed at someone.

The fixed fairing feels better. Not as heavy. I got to ride mine home in freakin Florida rush hour traffic. It only took 10 minutes for me to appreciate the ABS.

Jose, that 1911 is in remarkable condition. Could tell if it's a number matching piece? What's the asking price?

It was all matching parts. Beautiful. Sold for $3,250.00.
