guess it's a 2 pm start today.....keep my mouth shut and keep busy...thats my motto..........on the retirement watch, looks like 59......gotta submit the paperwork 9 month's in advance, with the 401k and pension I can muster 3,000 a month, til I croak........ s/s after the 401 k is depleted. My apologies if it reads like I'm bragging.....I aint.

 

I think it's commendable that you planned well enough to get that in your retirement. Some people only rely on Social Security and then have a hard time making ends meet.

 

Or the pension they were depending on was yanked away from them due to a change of corporate policy. That's happened at my work to some people and they were very upset with that.

 

Afternoon check in. Finally cleaning garages #3 & 4. Temps were s'posed to be mid 70's today. Good day to do this...It's already 89 and I'm sweating...I hate to sweat!

 

Turn on the sprinklers and then push the mower through the lawn. That should cool you off, CuzAl

 

Rocket....retirement ain't for pussies!..That's why I semi sorta kinda almost retired..

 

...or....I can come into the Garoffice where it's 74* and cool off. I'm finding boxes and boxes of car show trophies still. Threw a lot away 5 years ago. Brings back memories, but that was a different life.
