Another green, can be eaten raw in salads like lettuce, or cooked like collards or spinach. Doesn't have much flavor by itself, types range from fairly thick and sturdy to more delicate, though not as soft as lettuce. Supposed to be one of the world's healthiest foods. I'm growing 4 kinds this year, all, hopefully, the more delicate types.

Row on the right (except for the oddball lone collard with the smooth leaves) is kale, from last year.



This frilly leafed dwarf kale is the best I've grown, like it better than lettuce for salads.



I often put kale or collards in casserole type dishes, like pasta or chili, and soups.

Old White 265 tractor rim. Makes for a good fire pit!

Evening Woods.

Well, the guy called about his bike. Seems that he milage is off. Its not 5300 km but 53000 km.

I've only owned 2 pair of Levis in my life. both while in the Army and spending money like only an 18 year old with no debt can do

He was using statute miles versus Canadian kilometers?
