I know it balances. I haven't had any balance issues.
My first job was at Sears Auto Center. Back then in 1993 we would recommend against using leave in fix-a-flat because it would through off your wheel balance.
You guys and the Ride On website sold me.

Bwaaahaha... my ancestors were Icelandic and they were known for coming over on a boat too :-)
