Dan, it’s fries covered in chili, onions and cheese. I’m sure it will look the same tomorrow morning

Jeep doesnt bring one from factory. There are a ton of theft recovery systems out there. Each have pros and cons.
I'd call the dealer and see what system they use or maybe he has his paperwork for the unit. Most units need to be activated by the service provider.

Lo Jack has the best relationship with police depts of all those companies.
Id expect a lack of communication with anyone else.

On the other hand. If it's been more than 24 hours chances are the theives already found the tracker or its on its way to South America

He has been paying for it since new. It's been activated since day one. Sounds like they and Pgh cops are not doing anything to go get it.

He can get o. The site and see approximately where it's at. He then calls the cops to tell them where it's appropriately at. Then it stops happening.
