My hire date falls under the scope of the new plan. I don't have 5 years under my belt since my most recent hiring so I only get 13 weeks @ 100% pay, then I get another 13 weeks @ 66 2/3%, which doesn't give me enough to cover bills especially with $400 a week in PT & OT for the foreseeable future
