Man, when I first was introduced to Papa Rellena's in Miami, I literally thought I had died and gone to heaven. I had many Cuban friends. It was hilarious. At get together's I would beg their Moms to make Papa Rellena's, Ropa Vieja, Arroz con Pollo, LMAO. I'm a helluva a cook, and they would beg me to cook my Texas smoked brisket, any BBQ, Fajita's, etc.....
I love cooking too. Especially on the grill.
Next time your in Miami we'll go for a ride and stop by my parents place.

Nothing, and I mean nothing like homemade Cuban food. Hell I even forgot to mention fried plantains....DAMN...I'm Texan, and know all things Tex-Mex, but I think Cuban food has it beat...
