Marcus, I think there’s only one ,maybe two months that the furnace doesn’t run nightly. Keeping my fingers crossed that the AC will werk as always when called on to do so.

Funny you should ask, I found a c.o. Detector under the basement stairs (still in the package) ,the 9v battery with it expired in 2002! so it must have been there since I built the place. I have activated it just in case.

Yep, they work better out of the package. I bought all new 10 yr smoke and Co detectors for the TajMahAL and my house last year. I don't want tenants disconnecting them instead of changing the batteries.
