Here’s the deal, there is now a natural gas main on my street. Cost 5k to connect to main and install service line. New furnace would be 7k because the central air system would have to be replaced. Can’t use whatever R# refrigerant I’m using now. Money tree hasn’t produced sufficient fruit to fund expenditures !

Yea we have a natural gas main 2 blocks away. Wood cost me 10 times that to get it to my house. I'll stick with propane.
