Yup. Pretty much. One thing about living in an expensive area is there aren't as many system suckers. Even section 8 housing is expensive.

Not sure if you are aware but the people that pay the Section 8 housing are now applying a new cost formula and instead of of a set amount they survey the average cost in an area and will pay that. Opens up a lot of areas that were previously exempt due to cost. Apparently everyone should be able to live the dream, even at taxpayer expense.

So tired of “If you disagree with this you’re a rascist or at the minimum a economic terrorist.”

NOTE-It is now socially unacceptable to want to live in nicer neighborhoods unless you are at the bottom of the social spectrum and trying to move up. Long established, culturally stable neighborhoods are deemed “white enclaves” unwelcoming to economically disadvantaged residents.

I did not know that. I guess I don't frequent those circles.

It’s a sad situation Lou as local governments now try to socially engineer their cities. We told our newly created arm of SJW here to pack sand.
