Hmmm... Chuck.. I am no doctor but I have stayed at a Super 8 now and then, I believe you suffer from a sudden stop syndrome from a vertical fall....

I remember the guy who tied a safety rope to himself from the back of his truck, he was werkin on the chimney... his OL came out and yelled up going to the store, uhhh used his truck... sudden stop from a vertical fall syndrome!

Anudder good tip is not to use gasoline and a wire brush for cleaning the chimney!!

Sometimes OSHA write ups are fun reading!!!

The roof had about 6” of wet slush on it and when I got near to the top of the ladder I started an uncontrollable slide
