Afternoon/Evenin Woods! Great but busy day. 2 therapy appts. Both therapists updated their notes to the neuro Doc and everyone thinks I am making great progress, though no ETA on when I can expect to be back to normally abnormal

Nephews flight landed, h checked in at his hotel and is on hid way here. We are going out for dinner. Anyone been to Outback lately? It's prolly been 10 years since I've been to one

Daughter asked what the Black Hills agenda will be, rides how long and where, and what to expect for meals. I just figured it's one of those things you take as it comes, how did that work out on the previous meets?

Yeah this is Winter's last bitch slap. Warming trend starts tomorrow. By Sunday this will all be gone.

Really depended on the route most of our rides were from about 8-9 in the morning until lunch time the back around 5. Some days shorter.
