Russ, For the record, I could only be honorary host with little substance only. My participation is unknown and Greg, who volunteered to host has not advised any need for assistance in planning. I can do an excellent Walmart greeter role though LOL .....
Tammy is out for that time period - Summer session for "at risk" kids (two weeks camping,etc ) that she does every summer. Attendance would be (me) solo only.
Greg, sorry to be lazy and not do my homework but I assume this cost is for private bedroom in a multi-bedroom dwelling? Private baths or no? Not a dealbreaker, just curious. Thank you sir ..!

Yes, Stan, The places I have lined up are 3 bedroom, 3 bath units. Basically they are homes being rented in a standard configuration. Master with bath, and 2 other bedrooms with separate bathrooms across the hallway or next to it. And garages. A-1 places.
I only have recommended these places because I have stayed in them, but full disclosure dictates that I say that they are either owned or managed by relatives of Gloria.
Everyone is free to find other places.
ETA: We are getting a "Good Brother-In-Law" discount as much as they can and still make a little profit.
