Mick it is sumpin I havta live with, some days better than others, sleeping more than 5- 6 hrs can be painful, more bad than good ya know...

I am in the same boat with my sciatica pain. Too much laying down will definitely aggravate it...weird but true

Uhh yuup... that's very similar to what I deal with too Mark... not all the time but some days ya just like to stand on the edge of that bridge lookin at the water flowing under it!!!
