Our local Tim Hortons coffee shop who is owned by the same Company (Gord Drummod and Barb Drummond) has made a donut in memory of Jessica who was one of the Canadians in Vegas. She left behind 4 children and a fiancee. Jessica lived 86 miles south of our town. All proceeds are going to her children. I think that shows how strong our region is in such a tragic time.

The conspiracy crowd makes as much sense about this incident as liberals arm chair QBing a police shooting that may loosly fit their narrative that cops are a band or rogue Gestapo soldiers killing innocent minorities.

Flooding social media and protests doesn't prove the false narrative.

59 people slaughtered and they think the investigation should be done the day following with full answers and explanation for a heinous act that barely registers to a normal person.

If it was a true conspiracy there would be witnesses lining up in droves to tell their stories on the nightly news looking for their 15 minutes of fame.

In case you Woods missed it Larry has taken yet another retirement job to relieve boredom and is advertising for a local eatery in Tennessee. Post 31 in this thread for the big announcement...

With the current diplomatic flap between the US and Turkey, my visa for the trip Wednesday has been canceled. I guess I will have to go ride motorcycles until Rex sorts this out.

Rick, those investigations get solved in an hour every week on TV! Why can't LVPD do it, too?

Greg, the turkey was amazing BTW. Turned out really juicy. Smoked it for 3 hours using pecan pellets. Cooked at 350 but was done in 3 hours. I find the traeger does cook turkeys faster than what the recipe says. Ambient temp 41º with a slight breeze.
