I have tried numerous times over the years with no response I wanted to hear. Wanted to get a new fence for over 15 years (Lou is 15, thats how I know) and nope, no money. Now they have a dog and ours will soon pass, so if they want one, they can look into it.

And actually, the yard is cleaner than it has been over the years.

And the strap on the Traeger, since our deck is above the fence line, the west winds did blow our BBQ down if not strapped. So now I tie it down.

But it never made it to the pool.

Our homeowners expect us to advocate fro them all the time but we bow out nicely and explain that fences in between the yards are "shared" fences and they must come up with an agreement amongst themselves to replace it. Many homeowners are just disagreeable people and won't do a damn thing. Would you like for me to send him a letter from our HOA?

Gotta keep those safety belts on to prevent unintended grill swimming.

Gonna try to not put her Air Hawk back on today. Think she'll notice?

Please do. But could you address it to her as he is only the Boyfriend and has no interest in the place. Not from lack of trying.

OIC. A woman with a sponger. You might as well pay for it yourself.

Depends on what angle you're trying to play here. By not putting it on, her bony bum will be tired and sore. This may possibly result in complaining and lack of a quality ride. This may also bring the possibility of rubbing and massaging said part after the fact.

Putting on the air hawk will be a total 90º to each point.

Its your call as you know your Wife better than us. Choose Wisely...
