Quiet sometimes is good Terry. Lesley works late tonight, so I will have the house to myself and the cat for a couple hours. I need to make my own dinner too, so I have been thinking of what to make.

Hmmm... Chinese does sound good. But you get hungry 1/2 hour later... I had pizza two days ago. Yesterday was taco day.

Decisions, decisions....

Burgers or a steak on the grill, try peeling the outside of an onion, place it on aluminum foil, place a dollap of butter on top and a beef boullion cube, close up the foil and cook on the grill or in the oven

Large onion will take about an hour, smaller ones less

Actually I am now leaning toward wings. Buy a bag of tenders and put on the grill / oven then coat in sauce. No bones to worry about and per pound a better deal.

Do that almost every time we grill. Never done the bullion cube, will have to give it a shot. Doing an onion this way takes all the heat out and makes 'em sweet.
