Stan..let's do some troubleshooting...
Ride the GW and the Fugly one after another. Does it happen on the GW? If not, then compare similarities and differences (we call this crunching data in my field of werk)
Same rider? Rider not to blame
Both have wheels and tires? Wheels and tires not to blame
Both have seats? Seat not to blame
Carry on like this til you find the different items and replace them with brand new parts from an authorized dealer.

Does Fugly have a TourPack? Does GW? might have to add a TP......
