Morning Woods.

Nothing like Saturday road construction in front of your house at 7:30 am.

Morning Greg. Right now, they are still ripping up parts of the pavement, then should be laying patches of pavements in a couple hours. Not sure if they are putting a new lift on or quilting yet.

Morning all, weather cooling down here, might have to get out today for Kub.
Won't be long till the icehouse needs to be gotten ready for the ice fishing season...

What is this? Probably just different wording for what is done here.

Maybe LOL. A new lift, meaning paving the whole street on top of the existing pavement. Quilting is me being an ******* cause they might just pave what they dug out, making it look like patch work quilt. I just made it up.

Ok, both make sense. Is there an underlying problem such as chronic potholes or frost heaving?

No, just falling apart. The original house was a 1981, so I would say the pavement was played in 1980. I don't think they ever repaved up here in this area yet. But you watch...they will repave the road and we will end up having water breaks...
