I did get a 1.8% base pay increase. That is different than a raise. This is the "What you make is almost as much as if you went somewhere else and we are going to increase your base pay almost to be competitive"

 

I use E-Verify for all new hires. It eliminates about 40% of all the applications I get from potential new employees. 90% of all the border brothers have fake documents, it's astounding. I have a folder with applications using the same SS number, it has 7 different people all with the same number.

E-verify notifies me I'm entering in the same SS number for a new employee. It's the best working US government website because it's never used.

What they don't offer in pay they make up in benefits. And now that we are Teamsters the pay might get better. Not holding my breath though. Great work environment I have to say.

 

One if not the biggest party colleges of all time and you're stuck in the middle of a bunch of horny 20 somethings that need a daddy figure....
