Dan, a good steak like a ribeye NEVER needs a heavy dressing to be marinated in as far as I'm concerned. I sometimes, but not very often sprinkle some Worcestershire Sauce on, but most times I use a simple Fajita seasoning that I get from a Mexican Supermarket here, along with a bit of garlic salt, and that is about it.

My fajitas I make out of flank steak that I soak in a mixture of Lime and Lemon juice overnight, with minced garlic rubbed in, then some simple seasoning and onto the hot fire!! I still use that disc cooker, made from a plow disc!!

 

This chick is SUPER mad at this guy. She's been cussing him out ever since they sat down. Not sure what the infraction was but he ain't gonna be getting any for a while from the sounds of it
