Sounds good Greg. Tonight is a rare night at home alone, I cooked myself a Ribeye, seasoned to perfection, and used my ancient cast iron skillet that I cook with to make some skillet fried Golden taters, with minced garlic and onions tossed in, along with a salad....

 

I'm gonna go find the most expensive steak at the airport and hog on it! Hey Jack and Greg. Winging my way home on the overnight flight.

Jack, what do you season the steak with? Inuiring minds want to know. I am sick of Italian dressing marinade on steaks and looking or something else.

 

Never been to an airport that had a good steak but I don't get out much. Good luck!

The was a huge issue when we were first married. Beth wanted to marinate everything. I told her some simple seasonings enhances the taste of meat. Took a while before she agreed. Once in a while a marinade is nice, but not every damn time
