Sounds good Greg. Tonight is a rare night at home alone, I cooked myself a Ribeye, seasoned to perfection, and used my ancient cast iron skillet that I cook with to make some skillet fried Golden taters, with minced garlic and onions tossed in, along with a salad....

Jack, what do you season the steak with? Inuiring minds want to know. I am sick of Italian dressing marinade on steaks and looking or something else.

The was a huge issue when we were first married. Beth wanted to marinate everything. I told her some simple seasonings enhances the taste of meat. Took a while before she agreed. Once in a while a marinade is nice, but not every damn time
