Good evening all. Think I over did it a bit at the gym. Can hardly walk. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.

Hi,
I'm sure if someone might come upon some Mark news he/she will share :-)
Been pretty tired with the new learning curve and we're going on an extended period of single digit weather ..... seems like forever !
I'm out for the night gents ...... Ya'll be careful out there.

I have reached out to Beth, but no reply a of yet. I'm sure she is busy juggling Mark and the kids. Where they live and where Mark is is at least a 45 minute drive.

Just heard from Beth. She said they had a pretty good day. Got his BP and blood sugar down, got him out of bed and moving his legs. He managed a little kick with his left leg.
